Protecting life & property one hydrant at a time!

Crews have been hard at work repairing and installing new fire hydrants on various Wilmington city streets. We ask for your patience as we disturb traffic as lightly as possible. The pictured lifting device and lift truck reduce physical strain on crews while handling fire hydrants!

Water Main Breaks

Overview

This has been our busiest year yet for main breaks. Each one comes with its own unique challenges, but we always arrive prepared and ready to tackle them.

Who is this for?

Municipal and Public water services often call in contractors to assist in restoring water supply to their customers. We are always honored to be on their call list.

Challenges

Tight spaces, traffic, and ground conditions are all a part of the common challenges in these repairs. Depending on the project, we have equipment ranging from 3,000 to 70,000 pounds available to quickly mobilize to suspected leak sites

Vacuum Excavator Services

Overview

Truly one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in our fleet, this impressive machine can move sand, dirt, or stone at a high rate of speed while ensuring a safe environment for onsite staff.

Flexibility

This machine has helped us tackle a wide range of challenges. With the necessary equipment and accessories, we can efficiently handle countless tasks—from uncovering utilities to digging inside buildings.

City Utility Systems

Water

Our crews have years of experience in water distribution. We have done it whether it be a residential service or a mile of water main. Proper industry techniques and practices ensure you are left with a high quality water system that will serve you for years to come.

Sewer

A sewer lateral installation is shown on the left. Our versatile fleet of equipment enabled us to meet the customer's requests while also addressing issues for the municipality during the same project.

Storm System Maintanence

Equipment

We use a high-powered vacuum to remove sediment and debris from storm sewer systems. This device has a pressure washer on it that is used to agitate the material and clean the concrete structure off when it is clean

Why do we do it?

This process is important to maintaining a high volume of flow through storm sewer systems. This prevents backups and floods in your parking lot.

Best Practice

The best method to maintain optimal conditions Is to be scheduled for twice yearly, or quarterly cleaning. This depends on the level of sediment that makes its way into the storm grates.
